Our services ensure availability of information to everyone, irrespective of their financial ability, their institutional affiliation, or their country.

IARIA offers a large spectrum of individual conference sponsorships and associated benefits:

To better serve the scientific community, IARIA offers several free-of-charge services. Most other associations are charging for such services.

Currently, some notable free services to the community are:

• free access to tutorials held during IARIA conferences
• free dedicated editorial assistance to the authors to correct the camera-ready articles
• free invitation based submission and publication in IARIA Journals
• free access to published articles/proceedins via the ThinkMind Digital Library
• free access to tutorial materials via IARIA Tutorials page
• free access to speeches and panel materials via IARIA Speeches page
• free community announcements via IARIA Announcements page

Sponsor benefits:

PLATINUM Sponsorship: $20,000

Sponsor benefits:

GOLD Sponsorship: $15,000

Sponsor benefits:

SILVER Sponsorship: $10,000

Submission of offered grants

All the grants will be considered and accepted, providing they clearly indicate any other special clauses that are not listed among the sponsor benefits. The sponsorship is for one year and the validity of the waived conference registration fees does not expire.

Sponsors’ grants

All sponsor grants must be sent to the address indicated in the final agreement, once the grant is offered.

The sponsor’s participation must be granted and financially covered at least 4 months before the conference deadline for the conferences to which waived registrations are requested.

When you select a level of sponsorship, please indicate in the following Sponsorship Form the level of support.
