Information for Sponsors

The conference organizers are seeking sponsors and industrial support for awarding exceptional contributions and offer the best stage for the event in terms of additional activities, such as invited speakers, invited panelists, best paper awards, gala dinner, and other social events.

The organizers offer a large spectrum of sponsorship and associated benefits:

PLATINUM Sponsorship: $20,000

Sponsor benefits:

Logo at conference web site and link to the sponsor site
Logo on the cover page of conference proceedings
Company information, brochures, or other materials distributed to attendees
Conference banner at the registration desk and session rooms
Three waived conference registration fees for sponsor’s representatives including gala dinner
One presentation of choice from a sponsor representative
Welcome address during cocktail party and dinner
Conference awards in the name of the sponsor

GOLD Sponsorship: $15,000

Sponsor benefits:

Logo at conference web site and link to the sponsor site
Logo on the cover page of conference proceedings
Company information, brochures, or other materials distributed to attendees
Conference banner at the registration desk
Two waived conference registration fees for sponsor’s representatives
Welcome address during cocktail party

SILVER Sponsorship: $10,000

Sponsor benefits:

Logo placement at conference web site
Logo appearance on cover page of conference proceedings, cover page of conference program, conference banner, etc.
Company information, brochures, or other materials distributed to attendees
One waived conference registration fees for sponsor’s representative

BRONZE Sponsorship: $5,000

Sponsor benefits:

Logo placement at conference web site
One waived conference registration fees for sponsor’s representative

Submission of offered grants

All the grants will be considered and accepted, providing they are clearly indicating other special clauses that are not listed among the sponsor benefits. Contrary, the conference organizers understand that the sponsor endorses the offered sponsorship program. The organizers expect a sponsorship offer at least 5 months ahead of the conference.

Sponsors’ grants

All sponsor grants must be sent to the address indicated in the final agreement, once the grant is offered.

The sponsor’s participation must be granted and financially covered 4 months before the conference deadline.
