Information for Sponsors

IARIA offers academic services oriented towards the scientific community at large, facilitating access to the newest technical and scientific achievements. Our services ensure availability of information to everyone, irrespective of their financial ability, their institutional affiliation, or their country.

IARIA offers a large spectrum of individual conference sponsorships and associated benefits:

DIAMOND Sponsorship: $25,000

Sponsor benefits:

• Logo on the main page of the sponsored conference
• Company information, brochures, or other materials distributed at any association event
• Five waived conference registration fees for sponsor’s representatives including gala dinner
• Sponsor banner at the meeting locations
• One keynote/invited speech of a sponsor representative
• Conference awards in the name of the sponsor

PLATINUM Sponsorship: $20,000

Sponsor benefits:

• Logo on the main page of the sponsored conference
• Four waived conference registration fees for sponsor’s representatives including gala dinner
• One keynote/invited speech of a sponsor representative
• Welcome address during cocktail party and dinner
• Conference awards in the name of the sponsor

GOLD Sponsorship: $15,000

Sponsor benefits:

• Logo on the main page of the sponsored conference
• Three waived conference registration fees for sponsor’s representatives including gala dinner
• One keynote/invited speech of a sponsor representative
• Welcome address during cocktail party

SILVER Sponsorship: $10,000

Sponsor benefits:

• Logo on the main page of the sponsored conference
• Company information, brochures, or other materials distributed to attendees
• Two waived conference registration fees for sponsor’s representatives including gala dinner
• One keynote/invited speech of a sponsor representative

BRONZE Sponsorship: $5,000

Sponsor benefits:

• Logo on the main page of the sponsored conference
• One waived conference registration fees for sponsor’s representatives including gala dinner
• One keynote/invited speech of a sponsor representative

SUPPORTER Sponsorship: $2,500

Sponsor benefits:

• Logo on the main page of the sponsored conference
• One waived conference registration fees for sponsor’s representatives including gala dinner

Submission of offered grants

All the grants will be considered and accepted, providing they clearly indicate any other special clauses that are not listed among the sponsor benefits. The sponsorship is for  one year and the validity of the waived conference registration fees does not expire.

Sponsors’ grants

All sponsor grants must be sent to the address indicated in the final agreement, once the grant is offered.

The sponsor’s participation must be granted and financially covered at least 4 months before the conference deadline for the conferences to which waived registrations are requested.

When you select a level of sponsorship, please indicate in the following Sponsorship Form the level of support.
