SHUTTLE INFORMATION

This information is only for those of you who have booked a shuttle via the registration form

For arrivals at San Francisco International Airport, first claim your luggage and proceed through customs. As you exit customs, proceed outside the terminal to the ground transportation curb. Follow the blue SuperShuttle signs, and advise the ground coordinator in the Teal Jacket that you have a prepaid transfer to the Santa Clara Marriott Hotel. You may have to provide your confirmation code to the SuperShuttle Staff. Confirmation code will be sent to you at latest on July 11th noon, California time.

For arrivals at San Jose International Airport, please call 1-800-258-3826 (toll free), press option 1 and advise your confirmation number. A van will be dispatched to your terminal. Proceed outside to the ground transportation pick-up island.

If you don't remember the confirmation code, please call 1-408-893-6407 (Petre Dini).

Like in all international airports, for the enjoyment of your stay, please keep your belongings with yourself at all times.

To get a visa go to the closest US Embassy or Consulate.

If you need an entry visa, please remember that you should request an invitation letter as soon as possible and to apply for your visa well in advance of your travel.

You must have paid registration fees for attending the conference.
