Conference Hotels information

As the original hotel is undergoing renovations that may not be completed in time for the conference, a new location in Athens/Glyfada has been selected to host the conference:

Best Western Hotel Fenix
1-3 Artemisiou str.
Glyfada, Athens, Greece

All original hotel reservations made via the registration form of the conference have been transferred to this hotel.

NOTE: This hotel is currently fully booked during the conference period. If you need a new hotel booking, please consider a different place in the vicinity.

The new Glyfada location is easily accessible from the original Vouliagmeni area using either Bus 114 or Bus 115. You can consult this page for more details on busses.

Getting from the airport to the conference hotel

By bus: use bus number X96 which operates 24hrs/day
Every 20 minutes (05:00-20:30)
Every 40 minutes (20:30-5:00)
Arriving from the airport to the Hotel stop -2nd stop Glyfada

By taxi: from the airport, taxi costs about 20 to 25 Euro. In the event that the taxi driver requests excessively more than 25 Euro, please do not honor this and report to the hotel reception on the spot.
