IARIA conferences are published by different Publishing Houses, timely announced on the entry page of each conference. They might be CPS, ACM Publisher, Springer, IOS, Cambridge, or an Openly Accessed Library, according to the nature of the topics of the conferences. Indexing is according to the indexing agreements of the selected publishing houses.
Essentially, it is the IARIA Board's intention that the IARIA publications get the highest visibility, with no access restrictions, and less or no access fees or membership. The same approach was taken for publishing on-line journals (see www.iariajournals.org) with no fees, no membership, and freely accessible.
Specifically for papers published via the Conference Publishing Services (CPS): All CPS Publications are captured in the online IEEE Digital Library, and submitted for indexing by the publisher (for complete infomation on IEEE CPS indexing, see indexing details) The papers will be accessible via IEEE Xplore Digital Library.
The papers published with ACM will be on the ACM Portal (usually, shared with IEEEXplore).
The papers published with other Publishing houses will be in an Open Digital Library; their full contents are accessible by everyone, at no fees, and with no membership or access control.
