Dr Radu State
Dr Radu State holds a Ph.D from INRIA and a Master of Science in Engineering from the Johns Hopkins University (USA). He is a researcher in network security and network management with more than 60 paperspublished in international conferences and journals. He is member in thetechnical program committees of IEEE/IFIP Integrated Network Management,IEEE/IFIP Network Operations and Management and IEEE/IFIP DSOM. Helecturers at major conferences on topics related to security and networkmanagement and control. His activities range from network securityassessment, software security to VoIP intrusion detection and assessment.
