Nipun Agarwal

Nipun Agarwal is the Senior Director at Oracle Labs responsible for database research and software advanced development at Oracle. He works at the headquarters of Oracle in Redwood Shores, California. The mission of Oracle Labs is to identify, explore and transfer new technologies that have the potential to substantially improve customers business. Prior to joining Oracle Labs, Nipun was in the database group for over 15 years managing various initiatives including introducing Oracle XML DB and Oracle Spatial Data Option. Nipun holds a M.S and B.Tech degrees in Computer science and has been awarded over 75 patents.
