Prof. Dongsoo Har

Prof. Dongsoo Har received his B.S. and M.S. degrees in electronics engineering from Seoul National University, Seoul, Korea, and his Ph.D. degree from Polytechnic institute at Brooklyn, US. He received the Best Paper Award (Jack Neubauer Memorial Award) from IEEE Transactions on Vehicular Technology in 2000, from ENICS international conference in 2008, and from APWCE international conference in 2016. Since 2013, he has been a faculty member of the Korea Advanced Institute of Science and Technology (KAIST), Daejeon, Korea. He is the director of railway specialized graduate school in KAIST, the director of center for green transportation system in KAIST, and the director of steering board of electronic warfare workshop in Korea. He was the General co-chair of APWCE international conference in 2016, TPC chair of IFEV international workshop in 2014, and TPC member of many international conferences. He is also appointed as General co-chair of APWCE international conference in November 2017. He is an associate editor of IEEE Sensors journal.
