Associate Prof. Dr. Mira Kajko-Mattsson
Dr. Mira Kajko-Mattsson is Associate Professor in software engineering. She is a researcher and lecturer at the Department of Computer and Systems Sciences at Stockholm University (SU) and Royal Institute of Technology. She is an IEEE member and she has been is a regular member of the program committee of important conferences in the software engineering field, such as the ICSM, ICSEA CSMR, and the like.
Kajko-Mattsson is the author of more than 100 international publications. Right now, her work is recommended by two standards (ISO/IEC 14764 and SWEBOK). She has received 13 international awards. Her expertise lies in industrial lifecycle sofware processes.
Kajko-Mattsson is going to talk about the confusion reigning within the software community with respect to how the standards classify various software engineering activities versus how they are understood and utilized within the academia and industry.
